SOLUTIONS BY SARAH, LLC was started in 2015 in Silver Spring, Maryland, to provide consulting services in the areas of information technology (IT) and project management. The company specializes in services to not-for-profit associations, but also works with for-profit clients as well, especially small businesses. The owner, Sarah P. Lanning, PMP, has over 15 years of experience working with trade associations and scientific societies, over 20 years of experience in information technology, and over 10 years of project management experience on projects covering the full range of association functions, including IT, education, communications, event planning, and internal operations. She acquired her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2014 to demonstrate her ability to manage projects successfully – on time, on budget, and meeting client expectations.
